- Recovery - VA Medical Center, Fargo, North Dakota is seekingpotential firms that have the performance capability for Project437-09-160, Chiller and Spot Cooling. Contract completion date is 365calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is 100%set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned SmallBusiness(SDVOSB)contractors. The estimated dollar value is between$250,000.00 and $500,000.00. NAICS code is 238220 with a size standardof $14 million. A 20% bid bond will be required at submission of bids.Performance and Payment bonds will be required within 10 calendar daysof contract award. To be eligible for award, SDVOSB must be consideredsmall under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verifiedin the following sites: www.vetbiz.gov, www.orca.bpn.gov andwww.ccr.gov.
