- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9128F-09-T-0102. On or about 4 September 2009, this office will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) W9128F-09-T-0102 for the purchase of new protective relays for the Fort Randall Project Power Plant, Pickstown, SD. Quotes will be dueby 2:00 P.M. central standard time on 14 September 2009. This Request for Quotation will be set aside for small business participation only under the NAICS Code 423610, Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 100 employees. The supplies consist of 7 Ea, SEL 421 Relay, 04210615X1656HX; 8 Ea, SEL 311L Relay, 0311L0JDD32545XXX; 2 Ea, SEL 2032 Communications Processor with DNP, PN 203003X444E0XX; 4 Ea, SEL 587 Differential Relay, 0587106X531; 2 Ea, SEL 387-5 Differential Relay, 0387504X5HXX4XX; 1 Ea, SEL 587Z Bus Differential Relay, 0587Z0X625H22XX; 3 Ea, SEL 501-2 Dual Overcurrent Relay, 0501206X5613XB; 1 Ea, SEL 5010 Corporate Package Relay Assistant Software Plus Ethernet Software; and 40 Ea, Struthers-Dunn Latching Relay & Socket, Part Number B255XCPXPV.
