- The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole source purchase order to Dynatouch Corporation for Kiosk Maintenance Support which includes the following: FULL-SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT PACKAGE (LEVEL 3, PLATINUM, ON-SITE). FOR 6 KIOSKS ABOVE WITH EXISTING HARDWARE, 5TH YEAR MAINTENANCE CORE SUPPORT. SOFTWARE ASSURANCE/MAINTENANCE, UNLIMITED TOLL-FREE HELP DESK SUPPORT, MON - FRI 7AM - 7PM CST, UDDATES TO LOCAL INTERNET/INTRANET LINKS/BUTTONS (4 PER YEAR BASE POST), SUBSCRIPTION TO ONE STOP CONTENT MODULE, SUBSCRIPTION TO DYNATOUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, REMOTE SYSTEM MONITORING SERVICES, USAGE STATISTICS PROCESSING AND REPORTING, ON-SITE COMPONENT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (PARTS, LABOR, AND EXPENSES), OPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (ANY TYPE, ANY COMBINATION), ADDITIONAL HOURS, DISCOUNT OFF ADD-ON SOFTWARE AND/OR CONTENT MODULES, DISCOUNT OFF ADDITIONAL ONESTOP KIOSK SYSTEMS. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 12 September 2009. This requirement will be awarded on a base year plus one option year period. The option year is unfunded and FAR 52.232-28, Availability of Funds, applies to this requirement. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
