- RECOVERY--RECOVERY--The Solicitation was inadvertently placed on ASFI only, and did not cross into the Federal Business Opportunities Website. This amendment is provided to extend the solicitation for 30 days. All bids shall be received on or before 05 OCT 2009 by 2:00P.M. Central Time. The Amendment is extended to provide the appropriate time for bid preparation, receipt of bids, and to foster opportunities for Certified HubZone Businesses to compete. The period of performance has been changed to an estimated start date of 02 NOV 2009 to an estimated completion date of 15 July 2010.
