- Construction of a multi-faith 32,800 Square Feet Chapel Complex that provides for a weekly seating capacity of 600 persons in fixed pews and allows for a 'special occasion' capacity of 1,191 persons when combined with the adjoining worship area. This project scope also includes religious educational classrooms and supporting staff offices. Additionally, the scope includes construction of a dumpster enclosure, a 150 SF exterior storage building for yard equipment, and associated utilities, electric service, parking, drive, walkways, and landscaping.
