- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is F9J1DT9174A003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQs are due by September 16, 2009, 12:00 PM CST. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
