- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3Q2AD9204A001 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 dated Jun 2008. NAICS Code 238910. FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to procure a firm fixed price contract for Demolition services for buildings 657 and 659 on Robins AFB GA in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, addendum thereto, and Appendix C, Safety Requirements. NOTE: THIS IS A SERVICES ACQUISITION, NOT CONSTRUCTION AND THEREFORE THE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT APPLIES (AND THE WAGE DETERMINATIO ATTACHED HERETO) RATHER THAN DAVIS-BACON ACT. This is a COMPETITIVE, SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM CERTIFIED SDVOSB ONLY. Period of performance - Date of award through 60 Days thereafter.
