Description

RECOVERY--Per FAR 5.7 this notice is provided for information purposes only; therefore FAR 5.203 does not apply. This opportunity is avilable only to the contractor under the current contract number: W9124A-09-G-0003 a Direct 8(a) award to Womens Empowerment PTSHP LLC doing business as WEP Construction in accordance FAR Part 19.8 contracting with the Small Business Administration (the 8(a) program). The Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Operations Branch, Fort Huachuca, Arizona will issue a Request for Proposal from WEP Construction for the repair of leaks, repairs to the access ladders, and repairs to the roof of a 3 million gallon Reservoir, at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the repairs and meter installation per the Scope of Work entitled: SCOPE OF WORK Project FEE000233J 3MG Reservoir Repair Reservoir & Install Meter In 3MG Water Reservoir 14 August 2009. This project has a complete and detailed line item schedule and scope of work. The magnitude with a period of performance for 12 weeks is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
