FY09 W81K0009T0508, W45CM192368230 Ceep 01-179 dd0767 MED EQMT UFR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation: W81K00-09-T0508, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005.26. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation under NAICS code 334516 and the business size standard is 500. The requirements in this solicitation are: CLIN 0001, VETLAB Station Analyzers PKG Cat# 98-09201-03 (1 ea); 2. Lasercyte Hematology # 98-30000-01 (1ea); 3. Analyzer Vettest Chemistry # 99-18205-00 (1ea); 4. Analyzer Vetstat Electrplyte & Blood Gas # 98-13795-00 (1ea); 5. COAG Dx # 98-12967-00 (1ea); 6. Urine Analysis # 99-11480-00 (1ea); 7. Snapshot DX # 99-14220-00 (1ea) 8. Operators Manual #201071 (1 ea), Service Manuals (2 ea), Installation/Training/Shipping.
