- The Contract Service Center, VISN 9, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Medtronic Inc., 3859 Victoria Street, Shoreview, MN 55126 to provide Max Pak Services for Surgery Services located at the Memphis VA Medical Center, Memphis, Tennessee. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement
