- Statement of Work 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of Clause) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912L2-09-T-0019 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The associated NAICS codes is 812320, small business size $4.5. COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The 161stAir Refueling Wing has an UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT for SEWING of Airman Battle Uniform (ABU) SHIRTS. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for the SEWING OF ABU UNIFORMS, and will be provided by the 161 ARW located at 3200 E. Old Tower Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Work if funding becomes available. The vendor shall comply with government and commercial standards in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. CLIN 0001 Construct (ABU) U.S. AIR FORCE Embroidery Tapes FFP NONPERSONAL SERVICES: To furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and transportation to perform all operations necessary to execute the project. Sew-on a complete set which includes (2 Rank Insignia, 1 'Surname' Embroidery tape, and 1 'U.S. Air Force' Embroidery tape) on 4 ABU shirts for each 'Surname' per Statement of Work. (Rank Insignia and 2000 ABU Shirts are provided by the 161st ARW COR) Government-furnished property, as used in this part, means property in the possession of, or directly acquired by, the Government and subsequently made available.
