- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC), to purchase on a sole source basis from Quick-Set International, DBA Moog Quickset, for a total of six each integrated systems comprised of hardware to be provided for each location shall include: Quickset QPT90 with mounting base plate (7-53141-MWS, QS03628), FLIR SR-35x140MS IR/Day cameras (QS05790); Peak Beam 12.5 million candle Maxabeam spotlight (QS11420); Slim line system computer capable of supporting PTZ/FLIR/Spotlight system and Cisco Video Surveillance System; Power supply, contractor shall ensure power supply will have adequate capacity to support max output power capability of the pan/tilt system; System cable (6-19880-50); Appropriate system cabling for Spotlight and Day/night cameras (6-19881 and 6-19882 respectively); Industrial USB Controller (QS05423) and spare. FOB Destination to SWFPAC, Silverdale, WA. An option quantity of spares is included. Incidental services to include on-site vendor support to inspect and test, provide technical documentation, and standard commercial warranty support. Required delivery date is within 90 days after contract award. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. A single, firm-fixed price award will be made. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective quoters are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the quoters to access the posted documents. Prospective quoters should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. Quoters must also be registered in the Contractors Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.ccr.gov.
