- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as RFQ (Solicitation) #Q5130090025. The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area, located in Oneida, TN has a requirement for various size pipe fittings and pipe lengths. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332312 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. ABBREVIATED STATEMENT OF NEED: The Contractor shall provide various size pipe fittings and various size pipe lengths. A breakdown of supply items required shall be requested via e-mail. Please send this request to Pamela_Lyons@nps.gov. This acquisition consists of 41 line items. Unit of issue is EA. Unit prices quoted shall be for each item and include shipping costs.
