- The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Frontier Communication of West Virginia, 180 South Clinton Avenue, 5th Floor, Rochester, NY 14646-0100. Work includes the following tasks: 1. Trench approximately 300 feet 24" wide by 36" deep 2. Place four, 4" conduits in trench 3. Back fill and compact crusher run and top with 3" asphalt 4. Remove and place cut in concrete sidewalk 5. Place riser at pole located on Fillmore Street 6. Core drilling at wall to Bomb Shelter see Drawing consisting of one page 7. Install approximately 300 feet of T3 fiber optic cable The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors and 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and the size standard of $14.0 million.
