- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE OREGON/WASHINGTON BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM), MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ARCHITECT SERVICES IDIQ CONTRACT. This is not a solicitation. The BLM Oregon/Washington State Office has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for Load Rated Bridge Evaluations in Western Oregon. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing IDIQ contract for feasibility study for installation of a ground source heat pump HVAC system. This five year contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services. The awarded contract L06PC90066 was to Otak, Inc. The Task order will be firm fixed price. PROJECT INFORMATION: Work consists of assessing existing Interpretive Center heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system (conventional split system heat pumps) and determine feasibility of installing a ground source heat pump.
