- The work involves maintenance for Casper Control Center Mod Comp system and peripheral devices located in Wyoming Area Office in Mills WY. The term of the contract will be from October 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2010. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #10SQ6A0002 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4:00 PM, MST, on September 18, 2009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 541511. The small business size is 25 million. Service maintenance agreement for Casper Control Center according to the Statement of Work (SOW), and additional clauses can be obtained by faxing a request to Tonya A. Pittsley at 307-261-5691. Destination price required. The following FAR clauses apply and can be viewed at www.acauisition.gov. Commercial clauses 52.212-01, 52.212-03, 52.212-04, and 52.212-05; additional clauses 52.204-07, 52.204-08, 52.217-02, 52.217-08, 52.222-22, 52.222-42, 52.232-08, 52.232-18, 52.232-25, 52.233-03, 52.246-04, 52.249-04, 52.249-08.
