- RECOVERY: RED CLIFF ROAD RECONSTRUCTIONTHIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the reconstruction of approximately 1.9 miles of roadway within the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve/Red Cliff National Conservation Area, located in Washington County, Utah. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a standard size of $31.0M.The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised as 100% HubZone set-aside.
