- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 747 rentable square feet in Boise, ID within the following delineated area: North: West Fort Street to East Warm Springs Ave East: South Walnut Street South:Boise River to Broadway Ave to West Front Street West: North 15th Street The space should yield between 650 to 715 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for one vehicle. The proposed lease is for 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
