- RECOVERY: LEWISTOWN PAVING AND RETARDENT CONTAINMENT CONSTRUCTION THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the demolition, salvage, excavation, grading, culvert installation, parking lot construction, taxiway construction and retardant containment area construction. The work is located at the Lewistown Municipal Airport, BLM Lewistown Fire Dispatch Center Complex, Fergus County, MT.The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a standard size of $31.0M.The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised on an unrestricted basis and is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The HUBZone preference IAW FAR 19.1307 applies. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project.
