- Cubical Drawing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: F3G1HB9195A002 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes NAICS: 423210 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. SBA Size Standard: 500 Employees Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV requires a contract for: CLIN 0001: Room 120 -L shaped 6'x 6' preferable size with maximum cubicles for available space. -2 (ea) 8'x8' fishbowl one each end facing railing and against one wall. Will be three sided with glass wall facing the railing. One wall will include a door. Should be three walls total since it will be against the wall. -Trim: tan -Panel color: grey/blue -3 feet walkways. -Power from floor. -1 (ea) lockable overhead bin. -3 (ea) duplexes at base and 1 (ea) data at beltline. -1 (ea) lockable box, box, file non supporting pedestal. (no casters) -Communication poles will support CAT 5 & Fiber from roof. -Scissor lift will be provide by the Government for use of the contractor. -There is one air return on the wall in this room that cannot be covered. -Leave the area in front of the stairs clear when accounting for usable space. -Please provide price per cubical then a total price for all in accordance to your design. -Cubical drawing is attached. CLIN 0002: Conference Area in Room 120 -Free standing table -Sized to accommodate 6 persons. -OPTION: Please give a price for a walled off area. CLIN 0003: Chairs -1 (ea) per cubical and fishbowl. -6 (ea) for conference area. -7 year limited warranty. -Black mesh black seat. -All Seating/Inertia, adjustable arms and swivel tilt. -Provide price per chair. -If you provide multiple chair options, the chair will be decided on time of award. - OPTION: Please give a price for lumbar support chairs. Work is for two separate areas: 1. Room 120 is approx: 43.5' X 62' 2. Room 124 is approx: 48' X 56.5' There will be a site visit on Friday 4 September 2009 at 8:00 am PDT. The site visit will take place at Nellis AFB, Nevada and we'll meet at the visitor center (intersection of Craig Rd and Las Vegas Blvd) 20 minutes prior for the issuance of visitor passes. Attendance is strongly recommended as pertinent information is exchanged during the site visit and minutes will not be posted. Interested offerors shall notify me of intent to attend the site visit no later than 3 September 2009 at 4:00 pm PDT. Please e-mail matthew.zavala@nellis.af.mil to RSVP for the site visit. Contract award will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer will result in the best value to the government, with price per cubical, chairs and delivery being the considerations. No., Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, Email and Proposed Delivery Schedule.
