RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912DY-09-N-0200. RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE UMCS III PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to the following Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contractors (MATOC): W9l2DY-09-D-0035, AMERESCO; W9l2DY-09-D-0036, Honeywell Products, Inc.; W9l2DY-09-D-0037, Johnson Controls Building Automation; W9l2DY-09-D-0038, Siemens Government Services, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0039, TAC Americas; W912DY-09-D-0040, TENG & Associates, Inc.; W9l2DY-09-D-004l, Trane U.S., Inc.; and W9l2DY-09-D-0041, Williams Electric Company, Inc. This Task Order is to survey, analyze field data, prepare an engineering design drawings and specifications, install equipment or complete repairs per the approved design. The Contractor shall furnish the materials and labor required for inspecting and upgrading HVAC equipment and Direct Digital Controls in Building H-5454 at Ft. Bragg, NC. Direct Digital Controls shall be inspected and upgraded on HV AC systems as specified in Attachment 4 and 5. The Contractor shall repair and replace controls and incidental electrical and structural elements as needed for a complete and useable system. The Contractor shall survey the hardware necessary for this project and validate the operational effectiveness of any equipment to be reused. All surveys will be coordinated with Ft. Bragg maintenance personnel. The HVAC equipment and LonWorks system shall be for a complete operational system as defined in Attachment No.4 and 5 and per the specifications listed in Attachment No.1. In addition, this project includes design and installation of addition direct digital control (DDC) system equipment in order to remotely control these equipment from the existing Ft. Bragg LCS server located in 3-1634.
