- Lighting SOW for DEF's 61430, 61184, & 61185 Subject: Construction Bid Package (CBP5-200--11-160) – Lighting Improvements in Buildings 05-200 and 11-160 Gary Job Corps Center, under contract with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is looking for qualified contractors to participate in a sealed bid for Lighting Improvements in Buildings 05-200 and 11-160. Services to be provided are delineated in the attached CBP. A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place at 10:00 AM (1000hrs), Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the address below in the Facilities Maintenance Office, Bldg #11-215. Sealed bids will be due no later than 3:00 PM (1500hrs), Tuesday, October 27, 2009. MTC/Gary Job Corps Center Attn: Marion See, Bldg #6-104 2800 Airport Highway 21 San Marcos, TX 78666 This CBP does not commit MTC/Gary Job Corps Center to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a quotation, nor does it commit MTC/Gary Job Corps Center to award a contract for products, supplies or services. MTC/Gary Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids without recourse from suppliers. MTC/Gary Job corps Center will be the sole judge as to which bid offers the best overall value and will serve the best interest of MTC/Gary Job Corps Center.
