- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Public Address System (PA System). The 42d Security Forces Squadron requires a single contract to provide PA System in support of the 42d Security Forces Squadron. The Statement of Requirement provides detailed descriptions of what's being purchased. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 4 Sep 09. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTES: It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 541519 is added to your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE). All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered with the CCR, which can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.ccr.gov., Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database @ http://www.wawf.eb.mil, AND Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov. Offerors not registered in the CCR are ineligible for award.
