- SYNOPSIS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for JANITORIAL SERVICES at SATCOM, Camp Roberts, CA 93451-5000. This project will consist of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other supplies and services to manage and perform all operations for custodial services within SATCOM secured area. This will include clean and disinfect latrines/toilets bathrooms, clean interior and exterior of windows, vacuum and carpet cleaning, mop, sweep, and spray buff floors of kitchen and bathrooms, dust, clean office furniture, and remove trash from offices. Square footage for all work will be included as Attachment 3. All operations necessary to accomplish the work will be done in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibits A through C. Solicitation number W9124N-09-R-0066 will be available on or about 4 Sep 2009. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is scheduled for Thursday, 10 September 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (PST). Site visit location is SATCOM, Bldg 18000, Perimeter Road, Camp Roberts, CA 93451-5000. The Site Visit POC is Mr. Ronald Aimes, 805-227-7670. Only contractors that sign in during the mandatory site visit will be considered for this acquisition. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted to the Contract Specialist NLT 14 Sep 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (PST). Authorization is Required to Enter SATCOMSTA: All prospective bidders must either fax or email their visit request prior to the site visit to Security Manager, (805) 227-7625-COM, 805-227-7674-Fax, DSN 630-7674. Email: jayme.harless@us.army.mil. UNCLEARED VISITORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH SITE POC PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Proposals are due Thursday, 17 September 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5M. Performance period is one base year (12 months) with four (4) Option Years. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A form of payment protection is required for this project. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
