- 1. The reason for this modification is to correct am error in the solicitation number from W912L7-09-T-0064 to the corrected number of W912L7-09-T-0073. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-09-T-0073 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. This requirement is advertised as a small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332995 / SIC Code 3489. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. The Government maintains the right to award to multiple vendors. Each vendor is encouraged to provide a quote for the items they can provide.
