- Wage Rates 200-2461 Rev#10, 08-13-2009 SF18 Request for Quote Performance Work Statement - Galley Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-10-Q-7W1032. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 561720 size standard of $16.5 million. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Anticipated award date; October 1, 2009. Quotes are to be received no later than close of business on August 23, 2009. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 305-415-7092. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to: Commanding Officer, USCG ISC Miami (fp), Attn: Evelyn Rawls, 909 SE 1st Ave, Room 512, Miami, FL 33131. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations # 2005-2461 Revision #. 10 dated 08-13-2009 applies. Scope of work: See attached PWS for the complete statement of requirements. Performance Period: 01 Oct. 2009- 30 Sep. 2010 The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other items necessary to perform the services required. The contractor shall provide the supervised labor to perform Mess Attendant Services to include Food Servicing, Cleaning, and Dishwashing, for the Dining Facility and its related spaces at the quality standards and frequencies stated herein and the agreed to Quality Control Plan. Work hours: The Galley Mess Attendant Services work hours are Weekdays from 0600-1400 (6:00am-2:00pm). The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
