- RFQ VA-786-09-RA-0504 RECOVERY - Project #86 - Painting ServicesChattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, Tennessee The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. RFQ VA-786-09-RA-0504 for the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and testing to paint the interior of the Administration Building at the Chattanooga National Cemetery located at 1200 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404 within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Work shall include, but not be limited to, painting all the exterior doors of the Administration Building & detached public bathrooms. Work shall also include, but not be limited to, painting the exterior and interior of the Maintenance Building including interior structural steel, metal traffic guards, and retaining walls. Work shall also include, but not be limited to, protecting the facilities, structures, vehicles, and personnel. Work shall not include painting the Maintenance Building's garage doors. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract. Project must be completed within 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238320. Size standard is $14.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Charisse James, Contract Specialist in writing at charisse.james@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 3, 2009. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. E.D.T., September 14, 2009. Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ VA-786-09-RA-0504 on all remittances. Electronic and facsimile quotes will be accepted provided all documents required by the solicitation are received with the bidder's electronic signature by 2:00 p.m. E.D.T., September 11, 2009. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation, which are available at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. See Numbered Note 1.
