- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a fixed priced incentive fee Request For Proposal to Northrop Grumman Ship Building (NGSB), P. O. Box 149, Pascagoula, MS 39568 for one ship set of DDG 1002 products [composite Deckhouse and Hangar Assembly and Aft Peripheral Vertical Launching Systems (PVLS) Modules] and maintenance of a portion of the Class Detail Design for DDG 1000 Class ships. The RFP will additionally require associated supplies and services as well as special studies, analyses, reviews and provisioned item orders. The contract will be awarded using other than full and open competition pursuant to U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (3), "to maintain a facility, producer, manufacturer, or other supplier available for furnishing property or services in case of a national emergency or to achieve industrial mobilization."
