Description
THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, intends to modify the current Information Technology/Information Services (IT/IS) contract HM1571-07-C-0004, to include additional work to procure hardware and associated materials, supplies, and services if necessary during NGA's impending transition period to a new consolidated campus pursuant to the Defense Base Closure and Realignment (BRAC) law. This effort is estimated to be completed in 2012. The contractor is NJVC LLC, 8614 Westwood Center Drive, Vienna, VA 22182-2233. NJVC is the only source that can rapidly respond to the agency's unprecedented requirements for 100% mission continuity during the transition period of NGA IT intelligence systems essential to national security. The incumbent contractor will not procure equipment for the new campus as that is being provided under a previously competed contract. The incumbent contractor will be procuring IT only as is necessary to ensure mission continuity of IT for which it is currently responsible for maintaining and integrating in existing facilities through the transition period. This requirement requires special security clearances. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet similar requirements by submitting a white paper and past performance data no later than 02 September 2009, to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Mail Stop P-093, Attn: Jonathan Mostowski, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 or via E-mail at jonathan.b.mostowski@nga.mil. Responses received by NGA Mailroom or E-mail server on or before 02 September 2009 will be considered by the Government. The point of contact for this Notice is Contracting Officer Jonathan Mostowski via E-mail: jonathan.b.mostowski@nga.mil, no telephone calls will be accepted.
