- Wage Rates Asphalt Repair - Drawings Asphalt Repair - SOW This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 51-SO-BC-9-00160, Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) Code 237310. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. This work involves twenty (20) locations where repair of shallow potholes is required, and two (2) locations of existing gravel are to be paved, all with hot asphalt. At the pothole locations, removal of dirt, gravel, and loose asphalt is required. See attached for the complete Statement of Work. A site visit is schedule for September 9, 2009 at 10:30am, this is the only time bidders can come to the site. Location: 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132. Prior to the site visit interested parties must contact Cherie Guilford by email at Cherie.H.Guilford@Census.gov no later than September 8, 2009, 2:00pm EST. Contractor must provide company name and name of individuals that will be attending the site visit. This is a "Firm Fixed Price Contract" The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2.c FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations;(Vendors must furnish Offeror Representations in writing.) and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contracts Terms and Conditions. Contractor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an All or None Basis. Quote is due close of business on September 15, 2009.
