- Solicitation W912PQ-09-T-0055 The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York has a requirement for Level III Protective Armor Plates for the 101 st Rescue Squadron at the 106 th Rescue Wing. Delivery will be to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201.
