- Description
- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1922) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to ADT Security Services, Inc. for an Annual inspection and Maintenance Agreement for an existing ADT System. The system for Fleet Support Division is located at multiple sites at the Yermo Annex of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, CA 92311. The agreement will include the annual inspection and maintenance of existing ADT security cameras, solar panels, and DVRS. Scope of Work will include: (1) 2 trips annually to inspect and maintain existing equipment, (2) Calibrate DVR's, (3) Clean all cameras and solar panels, and (4) Focus all cameras. The Government will provide funding on a CLIN the rental of an OSHA approved lift. The contract will be for a period of three years consisting of a base year with the option for two additional years of service. Proprietary systems will be serviced and proprietary parts will be provided by ADT. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposals is not anticipated. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 561621and the business size standard is $12.5 Million. This is not a small business set-aside. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offeror's ability to provide this item without the Government providing technical data.
