- W91GY0-09-R-0069 FORENSICS DNA/CHEMISTRY TRAINING and COMPARATIVE FORENSICS SYNOPSIS The Joint Contract Command Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC- I/A) Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I) Support Division (MSD) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price contract to provide professional advanced DNA and chemistry education and comparative forensics training for the Criminal Evidence Laboratory system in order to create a self-sufficient Iraqi advanced analysis capability for laboratory entities, including the Baghdad Headquarters, Basra, Erbil and the Baghdad Police Training Laboratory. The training location is Erbil, Iraq. The performance period will be a12-month period with a 4-month option period. The government intends on making one award to the offeror that represent the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. The award will be a firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation will be posted on the websites Federal business opportunities (FEDBIZOPS) https://www.fbo.gov, and Rebuilding Iraq http://www.rebuilding-iraq.net, estimated to be posted on or about 15 August 2009. Anticipated award date will be 30 September 2009. S ubmit questions in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the solicitation.
