- This proposed contract action is for services that the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and using FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source, requirements type contract to DLT Solutions for perpetual site licenses and annual subscriptions for the Autodesk Design Academy (ADA) and the Autodesk Animation Academy (AAA). The ADA consists of Design Academy Software and Design Academy Curriculum. The Design Academy Software includes the current releases of the following Architectural Desktop, AutoCAD® Revit® Series, Inventor® Professional, Civil 3D®, VIZ, Design Reviewer, and Project Based Design Academy Curriculum. The Design Academy Curriculum consists of lesson plans, assessments, project based materials and online resources. The AAA includes the current release of 3D Studio Max software and project based curricular resources such lesson plans and teacher guides. The projected period of performance is for a base year and four consecutive option years. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any potential offeror that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
