- Please reveiw the attached solicitation. The solicitation contians the requriements in detail. PLASMA SPRAY Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. This requirement is Sole Source to Sultzer-Metco. Attached in the solicitation is the product number and information we are requesting. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
