- NAVICP will be procuring from RIX Industries (CAGE 28952), 4900 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510-9998 for the teardown and evaluation of 2 each, High Pack Air Compressor, NSN 2S 4310-01-353-6128 A2. This is the pre-award notification of the pending procurement. The Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the item solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
