- Request for Quotation 09-161-SOL-00002 Ft. Yuma Health Care Center in Winterhaven Arizona requires one new portable ultrasound imaging system. The price shall include equipment delivery and installation to Fort Yuma IHS Health Care Center located at 1 Indian Hill Road, Winterhaven, AZ 85364. The equipment must be capable of operating in B-Mode, M-Mode, Color Doppler, Color Power Doppler (CPD), Pulsed Wave and Continuous Wave modes. It must support transducers with linear, phased array and curved array formats. Further, it must include a full array of measurement and calculation packages. In addition to the delivery and set-up, vender shall provide four consecutive hours of equipment training. This training shall include an overview of the equipment and accessories, instruction on the features, functions, and user interface and the care/maintenance of the system. This requirement was previously announced in a Presolicitation Notice posed at FedBizOpps August 11, 2009. The complete Request for Quotation is available to download. Following is a list of all equipment items that make up the portable ultrasound imaging system and must be priced in quotes: 1 Portable Ultrasound System, High Resolution, all digital. 2. OB/GYN Color Package 3. 5-2 Transducer, broadband, 60mm curved array for general purpose, abdominal and obstetric imaging 4. 8-5 MHz intra-cavity curved array, broadband 11mm transducer for intra-cavity gynecological imaging. 5. Ergonomic stand and mobile work platform for the Ultrasound unit and transducers. 6. Medical grade monochrome video printer with interface cables. 7. Three transducer module for mobile docking system that allows connection of up to three transducers simultaneously while the system is docked. Quotes must be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 provided as part of the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document. Refer to the cover letter for the RFQ and the RFQ for additional details and equipment specifications. NOTE: This requirement was previously posted on August 11, 2009 at FedBizOpps as a Pre-Solicitation Notice under 09-161-SOL-00002.
