- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with GE HEALTHCARE. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE HEALTHCARE for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for (1) PRECISION 500 and (2)DEFINIUM 8000 2, Medical Systems, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Columbia VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia MO. 65201. This agreement will include a base year and three(3) one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
