- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The solicitation number is N68836-09-T-0282 and will be posted with this synopsis. The Twenty Second Naval Construction Regiment, Gulfport, MS has a requirement for CISCO Networking Equipment. A Firm Fixed-price type contract is contemplated. This procurement pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 "Sole Source for Brand Name Only" is for CISCO Networking Equipment. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested offerors may submit a proposal in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ, no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on September 1, 2009.
