- 1.0 Introduction:This is a request for information (RFI) issued by Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W) on behalf of the U.S. A Electronic Proving 2.0Ground, Fort Huachuca, AZ and is for the purpose of research. The project will provide specialize for P/N 4070.4200.02 basic unit up to 3.5GHz B96NS (100%) B96NS(100%) EM-100 Spectrum Analyter, basic unit up to 3.5 GHz -Fast panorama scan with up to 2.O GHz/s across the entire frequency range from 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz -10 MHz IF spectrum and demodulation with bandwidths from 150 Hz to 5OO kHz -Spectrum and spectrogram ( waterfall) displays using R&S EMlOO-Control remote control software. -LAN interface fon remote control and data output -Low power consumptionf on long openation from an autonomous power source -Space-saving system lntegration due to 1/2 19 INCH width and one height unit -Low weight (approx. 2.5 kg) Also, this system has beeh integnated in the MANCAT solution on factors including: data formats, physical intenconnections, and Space, weight and power attributes in the Emissions container provided in the MANCAT and hardware suite. 2. SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) and sources sought inquiry for service providers and information regarding PEXQ. Responses are due for this RFI by 11:00 a.m., Arizona Time, on Friday 28 August 2009. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The NAICS code 334515-Other Computer Related Services. 3. GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY: This synopsis neither constitutes a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This request for information should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary and any offers submitted by such a frim will be evaluated without prejudice.
