- This action is procured as part of the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act (ARRA) of 2009. THIS NOTICE WAS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This Acquisition was advertised as sole source, small business set-aside. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only.
