- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set-aside. The solicitation number is RFQ1145380 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institute on Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) has a requirement for the following Manufacturing Part Numbers: X4275-S1-AA (quantity 5); X311L (QUANTITY 10); 5866A (QUANTITY 30); RA-ST1CR-1T7K (QUANTITY 10); SG-PCIESAS-R-INT-Z (QUANTITY 5); 5861A (QUANTITY 10); 6328A (QUANTITY 5); 5897A (QUANTITY 50); X5889A (QUANTITY 5); 5879A (QUANTITY 60); 5899A (QUANTITY 10); AND SLVR-HW-SVC (QUANTITY 5.) Offerors will be evaluated on ability to deliver within 15-20 days after receipt of order. Price will be evaluated on a best value basis. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The quotations are due September 2, 2009 3:00 PM EST and will be submitted to Idella M. Simpson, Contract Specialist, simpsoi@mail.nih.gov.
