- This is market research to see if there are manufacturers that currently manufacturer and sell the following: Ordnance Deformer, mobile unit, able to process spent cartridges up to and including 50 caliber at a rate of 8,000 to 11,000 lbs per hour depending on size and mix of cartridges. Includes 8 ft wide trailer 8 inches wide x 24 ft long, low profile infeed conveyor, 14 in wide 12 ft long, vulcanized cleated belt, hydraulic drive, includes hopper mounted on end of conveyor high speed rotary drum grinder, 50 hp, includes one screen and one set of outters. Discharge conveyor, 14 inches wide x 12 foot long, cleated belt, hydraulic drive, hydraulic tank (to operae conveyors). Diesel engine, control panel and system integration. Equipment set-up and training on site. Also state if you have a GSA schedule number with General Services Administration for this product or not, and your Cage Code from Contractor Central Registration.
