- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. The Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center West (ITEC4-W), Directorate of Contracting, Operations Branch, Fort Huachuca, Arizona will issue a sole source award under the Small Business 8(a) program in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) to Marsh Development, Inc. 450 Huachuca Blvd., Huachuca City, AZ 85616. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to replace evaporative cooling with air conditioning at buildings 55322, 55334, 55336, 55332, 55324, 55326, and 55338. The magnitude with a period of performance for 180 days is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238220. Contractor is registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
