- Statement of Work (SOW) RFI-CMS-2009-DRMC Sources Sought Notice RFI-CMS-2009-DRMC This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) to determine the availability and capability of small/small disadvantaged businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) to perform the requirements set forth in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) entitled "DIRECT AND REMOTE MONITORING OF CALLS FOR MEDICARE FEE-FOR-SERVICE PROVIDER CONTACT CENTERS". CMS requests capability statements that address the specific items identified in the SSN under the section entitled Instructions/Requirements for Submitting SSN Responses to CMS (items 1-12) from small and small disadvantaged businesses with demonstrated capabilities performing the same or similar work described herein.
