- This is an annoucement that Amendment 06 is posted to the NAVAIR "Doing Business With Us" web-site. The RFP is an update of FAR and DFAR commercial clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and 252.212-7001. Please note, in accordance with Block 8 of the RFP DD Form 1449, proposal submission dead-line is no later than 1100 AM EST on 08 SEPTEMBER 2009. http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitation_view_action.cfm?Sol_No=N00019-09-R-0200 ***************************************************************************************************************** This is an update to the annoucement posted on 18 August 2009, that the NAVAIR "Doing Business With Us" web-site has uploaded the documents described in that annoucement. The RFP change, Attachment 1 revision, and the responses to industry questions can now be obtained at: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitation_view_action.cfm?Sol_No=N00019-09-R-0200 ***************************************************************************************************************** This is an annoucement that the Government is amending Request For Proposal N00019-09-R-0200 to extend proposal submission dead-line to no later than 1100 EST on 8 SEPTEMBER 2009 and revising Paragraph 6.1.1.3 of Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement. The Government is also providing responses to Industry Questions. Please note the file "C-40 CLS QA 081409" is a conformed copy of all Questions and Responses to date, but the only new responses are to questions 12, 63, 76 93, 95 and 96. We are currently experiencing technical issues on the NAVAIR "Doing Business With Us" web-site and cannot upload a copy of the RFP change, Attachment 1 revision, and the responses to the Industry Questions. Another notice will be submitted once the documents are uploaded to the site; however in the mean time you may request copies of the documents by emailing Ms. Sotanya Rushing at sotanya.rushing@navy.mil. ***************************************************************************************************************** This is an annoucement that the Government's reponse to Industry's questions (" C-40 CLS QA 081109" and revised responses to questions 80, 83, 85 and 89 have been posted. In addition, Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4 and a copy of the "VR57 Componet removal due 166693" document has also posted to NAVAIR's "Doing Business With Us" website. The Draft RFP does not include Sections L and M. Sections L and M will be provided with release of the final RFP. It is anticipated that the final RFP will be released by the end of June 2009. In addition to the Draft RFP, updated responses are provided to industry’s questions. Also, C-40A Historical Usage Data is provided for proposal preparation purposes.
