- The WNY VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, NY 14215 is seeking sources to fulfill a sterilizer maintenance contract as outlined in the Statement of Work below. Statement of WorkSterilizers Maintenance Contract - FY10 We are looking for a company to provide maintenance and repair service for loading cars and approximately 29 sterile processing units including: "7 endoscope sterilizers (System 1's)"2 ETO aerators"1 ETO detector"2 ETO disposers"3 ETO sterilizers"7 steam sterilizers"3 surgical washers"2 ultrasonic cleaners"2 washer loaders *Please see page 2 for detailed descriptions The requirements for this contract are as follows:"Perform quarterly and semi-annual Preventive Maintenance to manufacturer specifications, including all parts and labor."Provide documentation of PM Service within 24 hours of service completion."Provide on-site service Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (except Federal Holidays) within 24 hours of service call placed."Telephone response within 2 hours for service calls."Provide all parts and labor for service calls."Perform recall alert repairs within 48 hours of notification from client."Same day Emergency Service for ETO units (if loads get stuck)."Provide documentation that staff working on equipment is trained and certified to do so before any work is done."Provide after-hours cost of service.
