- RECOVERY--Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, will issue a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for construction of ADA park attendant booths and concrete contractor camp pads at Wheatland and Lightfoot Parks, Pomme de Terre Lake Project, near Hermitage, Missouri. The NAICS code for this project is 238990and the size standard is 14.0 million. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. Vendors will need to go to the AFSI website to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Please note that vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Registration and Certification Application (ORCA). Additionally there are some unique reporting requirements relevant to the use of ARRA funds (see FAR 52.204-11 for details). Fax quotes are acceptable.
