- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with GE HEALTHCARE. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE HEALTHCARE for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Definium 8000 IMAGING SYSTEM, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the KANSAS CITY VA Medical Center, 4801 LINWOOD BOULEVARD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64128. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
