- Standing Quotation Agreement (SQA) RFQ QSDLA-A6-09-0837-SQ This Solicitation is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) to begin on date of award for a period of 12 months, not to exceed $100,000.00. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQA period. Please read RFQ carefully and conform to all aspects of the requirements. The RFQ may be attached on an email or faxed to 817-978-0002. First page must have signature and date. Please ensure that all required documents including signed commitment letter have been received before closing date of RFQ.
